Week 2: Show Me Your Meal

It doesn’t have to be a dinner related meal. Anything from an egg creation to a flavorful meal that your children enjoy. Thank you to Jennifer Bishop at The Farm Store for sponsoring this Challenge. Last week Julia won locally grown red and gold beets.

The drawings take place every Monday night. There are four weeks in this Challenge.

A few rules: All recipes must exclude Refined Carbohydrates. Ideally, they should include Complex Fibrous Carbohydrates. Don’t know the difference? Do a little homework 🙂

Treadmill Boring? Doesn’t Have To Be
