Week of Oct. 20, 2013

Class Schedule.

The Fairfax classes continue as usual (Mon and Thu at 6:30pm and Sat at 8am)

The Wednesday class in Jeffersonville continues as usual. The Saturday class is scheduled to end November 2, with a celebration race at the Lamoille Obstacle Run on November 9.  This class may be extended based on school availability (basketball starts). We’ll keep you posted. However, the Cambridge Elementary school has definitely committed space for us each Wednesday throughout the year.

A bit of good news, I now have a mobile app that let’s me deposit the checks immediately. I truly apologize the delay in cashing checks.  Due to my work schedule and location of my bank, it was quite a challenge. Going forward, there shouldn’t be a delay. Thank you for your patience.

Congratulations to Robin Chapman. Her name was randomly selected from the bucket-O-names for the “Bring a Buddy to Boot Camp” monthly drawing. Robin, you can claim your prize at boot camp 🙂

“Everything in Moderation,” What?!?

You may have said this, a doctor may have told you this, in fact, even a nutritionist may have said this. Here’s an excerpt from an article worth sharing Woman Sneaking a Cupcakewith those who still believe, “everything in moderation.”

I’ve seen many dietitians and other health professionals literally discouraging people from completely removing the addictive foods from their life.
They say that such “extreme” methods are doomed to fail and will lead to feelings of deprivation.
