Week in Review

First, can’t wait to see everyone at boot camp tonight. If it’s lightning we are inside; enter through the high school. See you Wed at 5:45am and Thurs at our usual 6:30pm time slot.

Yes, my sister’s wedding was perfect. We’ve been running around having a great time with family. I heard that Gail gave you a good workout this past Thursday. Wednesday’s early morning class was formatted similar to Thursday. Monday was full of tabatas . . . I just love those things! Congratulations to the boot campers who ran the Stowe 8 Miler today in the heat: Jennifer M., Jennifer, D. and Jackie O. Speaking of running, you can still register for the Egg Run.
