Looking forward to another fun, active, challenging year with all of you. New in 2011 is a 100 Day Challenge with a nutrition consultant. You’ll be amazed at the results, if you’re ready 🙂 Summer sessions in the morning will happen again. Any new requests, just send them my way. Mini Boot Camp competitions will continue to be available during the year and the 3rd annual Boot Cancer competition for the American Cancer Society will occur in October. Pat yourself on the back for making a difference in your life! It’s an incredible feeling to be in control, isn’t it? Happy New Year!
Concept2 Rower Raffle has Ended . . . Winner was Selected
However, we need to wait until Concept2 is notified to confirm the winner before the name is released.
If you purchased a Rower raffle ticket, thank you for your generous contribution to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. The proceeds from the Concept2 Rower raffle increased the overall money raised for the Boot Cancer event to almost $7,500.00!!!!!!!!

Sit-Up Format Starting in 2010: Secure both feet; cross arms so fingertips are touching clavicle, curl up and touch elbows to top of thighs, return by having lower back touch ground. Repeat for 30 sec.
