Week of 12/26

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait until boot camp class this Monday and Thursday.

Year-end performance statistics will be posted at the end of this week.


It’s not what you do between Christmas and New Year’s, but rather what you do between New Year’s and Christmas.

If you’re reading this post, you know that exercise and good food choices are important to a healthy lifestyle, but putting yourself and your HAPPINESS first is another important piece of your well being. Say “no” to gossip; say “no” to people who aren’t doing you justice; say “no” to a dead end job that often has you going home in tears.  Happiness is not just personal satisfaction. Happy people have healthier hearts and cut their risks for diseases like diabetes. And by being more upbeat you’ll be less likely to give in to emotional eating. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and lift your spirit–which means, keep coming to Boot Camp 🙂
