Week of June 27, 2010

What a great week everyone had.  New class, new members, new workouts .  People are already making progress in their benchmark exercises.  It doesn’t take long to get lean and strong.  Looking forward to this week!

Washington County you did it! You raised the most money at the Boot Cancer 15-Minute Workouts . . . $438.00 from 20 competitors. What a great day at The Confluence. Thank you Nick. I’ll upload a video soon; having tech. difficulties. There were four levels (pink, green, blue & black). Attached are the results for… each level and some pics. The highest score is highlighted in yellow. Congratulations to Don Chandler, Jay Ericson, & April Farnham for posting the highest reps in their level.

The Confluence Results Raised $438.00

To date we have raised $1,134.00 towards our goal of $3,000.00!!

Relay for Life

Thanks to my good friend Kellie, we walked for about 2 hours at the Franklin Relay for Life.  This why we work so hard at the Boot Cancer events . . . the money raised supports the Relay for Life. A special thank you for all of you who have supported the Boot Cancer events.  Even Batman couldn’t stay away.

Vitamin D & B12

When you have your blood drawn for your annual physical, ask your doctor to test your levels of Vitamin D & B12.  Here’s a few links to give you more information.
