Time change, YES! That means we’ll be able to start our workout outside, then move inside. So please come dressed in layers for a short workout outside (If it’s raining hard, we stay inside . . . light sprinkle we go outside for a short time).
Also, many of you have heard about me talking about my brother, who’s is a crazy athlete (much crazier than me 🙂 He just competed this weekend in a Crossfit event against 178 men in S. California. The top 20 competitors move on to the Regionals and he placed 15th!! I’ve attached a few photos (he’s the bald one) and posted one of the WODs (workout of the days) they had to do over 2 days. I like this one; however, we’ll modify it a bit when we hit the big hill.
We have a new ranking system, it’s the Randie Ranking . . . when a new exercise is introduced, it’ll be given the Randie Ranking (Randie Fontaine). The scissor sit-up last Thursday received 4 out of 4 Randie’s!
