Kevin Posts Another Record

Kevin blew by his push-up mark and posted 63!!  Yvonne and Kellie didn’t miss a beat and performed strong in both the push-up and sit-up benchmark drills.

15-Minute Workout.  Reps per minute high scores:

1. Burpee with Push-Up: 15 – Dan

2. Step-Ups: 25 – Lisa

3. Shoulder Press-modified: 45-Becky L.? (tell me if I was wrong)

4. Jump Rope: 140-Becky L.

5. Tricep Dips: 55-Lisa
