It felt good to be back in the saddle in 2010. We have classes both Monday and Thursday this week.
We welcomed four new recruits . . . Wendy, Sue, Kathleen and Beth. You women were amazing.
This week we’ll start off with benchmarking push-ups and sit-ups. We’ll also focus on the same 15-minute workout that’s being used at the Mini Camp fundraising event on Feb. 21. I encourage all of you to try to attend the mini camp on Feb. 21 in St. Albans. You can take breaks during the allotted time. It’s a great time to support each other and the American Cancer Society.
