The sit-ups documented in class are officially called, “YMCA Half Sit-Ups”.  These sit-ups are used in the President’s Challenge, Adult Fitness Test (

Congratulations to the athletes with the highest percentage increase:

1. Tia with 92.5%

2. Cora with 69.1%

3. Bridgette with 58.5%

4. Diane with 54.3%

5. Kevin with 54.1%  – Boy Kevin, you’re breaking all kinds of records!!
